HOW TO USE

1. Begin with clean, damp body skin.
2. Scoop out a small amount using clean, dry fingers or a cosmetic spatula. Avoid allowing water to enter the container.
3. Apply to the desired areas and massage gently using circular motions. Focus on rough-feeling areas such as the arms, legs, elbows, knees and heels.
4. Use light to moderate pressure. Do not scrub the same area continuously or apply excessive force.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and gently pat the skin dry.
6. Follow with your preferred TALQORIA body lotion or cream to replenish moisture.

Begin by using once per week. If the skin responds comfortably, increase to two or three times per week according to your needs and tolerance. Reduce the frequency if the skin feels dry, sensitive or uncomfortable.
